Cancellation policy

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled any time before they are marked Fulfilled. A $5 restocking fee per item will be assessed for canceled orders (e.g., 3 items = $15). Once an order is marked Fulfilled, cancellations are not possible. For details on returns and refunds, please refer to our Returns Policy.

Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order item, you are purchasing an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product that is not yet in our inventory. We may collect either a full or partial deposit at checkout, and we will store your payment method. If a partial deposit is taken, the remaining balance will be charged at a later date when the product is ready to be shipped. You may cancel a preorder at any time before the order is marked as Fulfilled to receive a full refund.

Subscriptions

By signing up for a recurring subscription through Palestine Drinks Shop, you agree to receive ongoing shipments of Palestine Drinks products according to the frequency and quantity you select. Your credit or debit card will be automatically charged on a recurring basis at the selected price (or the price in effect at the time of processing), plus any applicable taxes and fees.

Discount & Commitment

Our Subscribe & Save program provides a 15% discount in exchange for a minimum commitment of your initial order plus three (3) additional months of service.

Cancellation

  • You may request to cancel your subscription before the end of the four-month commitment period.
  • However, if you cancel early, you will be charged an Early Cancellation Fee equal to the full, non-discounted balance for any shipments already delivered or marked as Fulfilled.

Pause/Skip

  • You may pause/skip your subscription for up to one (1) month.
  • If the subscription remains paused beyond one month, the system will automatically cancel it.
  • If this occurs during the initial commitment period, you will be charged an Early Cancellation Fee equal to the full, non-discounted balance for any shipments already delivered or marked as Fulfilled.

Managing Your Subscription

Your subscription will remain active until it is canceled or paused by you, or by Palestine Drinks Shop. To manage your subscription—including pausing or canceling future shipments—please log in to your Customer Portal and select “Manage Subscription.”

  • Subscriptions cannot be modified until the initial commitment term has been met.
  • If you need to make changes during this period, please contact us at Team@PalestineDrinksShop.com, and a member of our team will be happy to assist you.

Fulfilled shipments: If your cancellation request is submitted after a shipment is marked Fulfilled, the cancellation will take effect after that shipment. You remain responsible for payment of that order, as well as any applicable fees.

Unfulfilled shipments: If a shipment has not yet been marked Fulfilled, we can cancel it. A $5 restocking fee per item will apply, along with any additional terms specified in your subscription (e.g., minimum commitment or billing cycle).

Declined Transactions: Your payment method is charged on a schedule according to your subscription. If a payment is declined, you will receive a notice to update your payment details. Our system will continue to attempt the charge for up to 30 days.

If payment is not updated or successfully processed within 30 days, our system will automatically forward your account to collections. To avoid this, please ensure your payment method is up to date.

E-Gift Card 

The following terms and conditions apply to all Palestine Drinks Shop e-Gift Cards and are subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of Palestine Drinks Shop. The purchase, use, or acceptance of an e-Gift Card constitutes acceptance of these terms:

  • E-Gift Cards are redeemable only at www.PalestineDrinksShop.com for available products and services.
  • Not redeemable for cash, except where required by law.
  • Lost, stolen, or damaged cards will not be replaced.
  • E-Gift Cards are not credit or debit cards.
  • No expiration date and no service fees apply.
  • Discounts, promotions, or coupons cannot be applied toward the purchase of gift cards.
  • Resale of gift cards is strictly prohibited.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Palestine Drinks Shop does not guarantee that an e-Gift Card will always be accessible or accepted.
