However, if your product is damaged during delivery by a third-party carrier and is unfit for consumption, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at team@palestinedrinksshop.com. When reaching out, please include the following details:

• Photos of the outside of the box
• Photos of the damaged cans
• A clear photo of the shipping label showing the tracking number
• The number of cans affected

This will allow us to file a claim with the carrier and work with you to find a resolution within 30 days of your purchase date.
