Refund policy

REFUND, RETURN, & REPLACEMENT 

At this time, Palestine Drinks Shop does not accept returns. All orders are final once designated as "Fulfilled". While we rarely encounter issues such as material damage or missed deliveries with our carrier, we understand that problems can arise. However, if your product is damaged during delivery by a third-party carrier and is unfit for consumption, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at team@palestinedrinksshop.com. When reaching out, please include the following details:

  • Photos of the outside of the box
  • Photos of the damaged cans
  • A clear photo of the shipping label showing the tracking number
  • The number of cans affected

This will allow us to file a claim with the carrier and work with you to find a resolution within 30 days of your purchase date.

For missing deliveries, please allow up to 10 business days after your order date before contacting us to ensure sufficient time for the carrier to complete delivery.
